Psychology has shown that using less words has greater impact on the target audience. Its inclusion makes some persons feel as if it is actually a lot of info to take in contrary to what it's saying because of the volume of small talk compared to actual valuable info @Komodo. I personally havent flipped to the second page as yet. For the first sentence the word account beside tutorial is redundant. Welcome to the tutorial! Is a perfect intro. The rest of the first and second paragraph is PERFECT as it is I'm impressed.
