1. When you click on the submit button, scroll back up the form and look to see if you have the following messages in red anywhere:
“This is a required question”
or
“Must be a valid email address”

2. Make sure you fill out the captcha correctly.

3. Do you have a pop up blocker on preventing the captcha appearing? If so, temporarily disable the pop up blocker for this form.

4. Try clearing your cookies.

5. Try a different browser.

Final note, make sure you are on the correct form, only one form per day is unlocked. The current form open is “Day 2”. All other form links are there, so can be accessed, but they will not accept entries until opened.
