Hey there @kessaria -- while ToothedMammal is correct that most scripted encounters have a cooldown, I would say that the Sunobra fight in this quest is specifically a boss encounter, and those can usually be repeated immediately. So this might be an issue with the quest.

It might also be important to note that the Diamond Nugget quest is going to be overhauled anyway so that all pets can complete it, so most likely this issue will be addressed at the same time.
