Two new features have been added!

Housing

---

The script for housing has been improved radically while the support for buying extra house parts has been removed. This feature made the code very cluttery and had almost no influence on the game.

• House Prices
  Prices are now directly displayed on the Buy New House page! Before only the base price was displayed there which lead to confusion. Also the house prices have been slightly adjusted.
  



• House Sellback Feature
  It is now possible to sell back vacant houses to the server! The server will offer you 1/2 of the house value. This feature has mainly been added so that one can sell the starters hut back to the server. However, any vacant house can be sold back, but it would be more wise to put it on the House Market first.
  

Pixcoin/Pixpet Ticket Trading

It is now possible to directly send Pixcoins and Pixpet Tickets to other players! This feature should encourage trading and pixpet currency commissions. However, we are aware that this feature can be easily abused for multi accounting. That is why all transactions are recorded and moderators can take away the right for currency trading from users. Also following rules apply:



If you lose the right for trading you can not send/receive currencies to/from other players anymore as well as sell/buy usershop items. If you want, for some reason, not to receive currencies from a user anymore, you can add the user to your Block List and they will not be able to send you anything anymore.

The feature can be found on the Pixcoins and Pixpet Ticket page. Please note that this feature is only available for patreon supporters during testing. If no bugs are found, it will be available to all players.
