"Roscoe Palm, huh? Never heard of him," Horace mentioned. "Huh. Your Machine must take a lot of work. I actually did most of the work on my machine before the competition. Sure you will be ready in time for the race? I mean, I can help if you want."

"If you are sure, then I guess I can go work on my own machine,' Horace said. "I reckon my machine is going to surprise a lot of them."

(Fast forward to race?)

The race was about to begin. It looked like Horace was not there, but what did Tuxo's machine look like?

Radiator could look around him and see some unique rides. A lot of them were fairly generic, but then he saw that possum that Horace mentioned. He wasn't alone, and there was a circle of six of them. it sounded like they were chanting a spell, possibly to create their ride. There was no rule against that, and what would come out was uncertain... Especially when a spherical vehicle rolled between them and radiator. It wasn't that big, and inside it was a Pangox. You could see right through the blue shell that made up its sides. ... but where was Horace?

Eventually, something incredibly massive was coming from behind. It looked like a humongous metal ant eater , and it was wobbling forward somewhat clumsily. Why it had legs instead of Wheels was a mystery, but it appeared to have wheels around the legs, so maybe this was just a preferred entrance. On top of the excessively large metal anteater... Was Horace. The Pangox opened up his blue shell and started to laugh.

"What kind of drugs is that idiot on!?" The Pangox laughed. "He thinks he is going to win with that!? It's too big!"

His machine did not look like it was built for Speed at all, but maybe it was supposed to be the subject of. It wobbled forward next to radiators machine.

"Hey, Radiator. You have a nice vehicle there," he complimented.

(Say, got any ideas for what the racetrack could be like? Land and water possibilities are on the table.)

"That's to preserve the rubber on my tires," Horace mentioned. "You would be surprised how much your tires wear down from use. the legs also help my machine paddle in water. This event favors amphibious vehicles from what I hear. Does your vehicle come with a flotation device?"

"Are You were suggesting that your machine can fly?" Horace asked. "I am pretty sure there are parameters in play yes that prevent you from flying much farther than a few inches off the ground. Basically high enough to bypass obstacles is too high."

"Come To think of that, who is that one guy you mentioned? I don't see him here yet," Horace mentioned.
