Well, if you're still set on deleting your account, my guess is that Komodo has to do it for you.

I'd like to find out how to delete my account as well. It's just not for me.

I guess I'll give it another try for now.

Unfortunately at the moment there's no way to delete an account on your own. However Komodo has considered implementing it since so many people ask for it. For now, the solution is pretty much what you said, or even asking a GM to ban your account (though I'm not sure if they entertain those types of requests). I'm sorry there isn't a better solution.
