I was hoping for some clarification if possible?

I just started playing yesterday after remembering I signed up to this site ages ago, and saw you could have multiple houses, so thought that is a way to have more Pixpets etc so bought a starter house someone had listed on the market for 400PC, because no where did it say, "You can only have one house" despite the fact it clearly says you can have up to 6.

Why can players even list starter houses for sale if you can't use them alongside? Am I doing something wrong? There was zero warning or clarification until AFTER I had the house.
I feel pretty robbed honestly. I'd saved up for something I can't even use.

Went ahead and sent you 400 PC. ^^ ShadowWolf is correct, and admittedly some things on the site can be a bit illogical. I chalk it up to the charms of an indie game with only one coder. Granted we have a different coder now, so maybe the house inventory will change someday. One thing you could use the house inventory for is flipping houses, but I haven't really seen anyone do it. It's an idea though.
