This JUST came to my mind and I'm also really surprised I can't find anyone had suggested it before now with how annoyed some users seem to be about it BUT

On the site settings page, under notification settings, we already have a toggle for turning certain notifications on or off, why not add a toggle for pixpal interactions?

Like I mentioned earlier I've seen a number of users saying somewhere on their page that the pixpal interactions are clogging their feed, and its been difficult to stay on top of interactions when someone could come in and use all 10 pixpal clicks on their page

While it doesn't bother me personally when people do that, I've seen enough profiles mentioning this that I really try to spread out my daily pixpal clicks, so I'm not flooding anybody's notifications

Pixinyte hatch help serves a purpose for both users, but since pixpal plays only benefit the person clicking them, I think it'd be useful for people to want to opt out of those notifs in general, right?
