While it's not currently possible to delete an account, we allow players to make a new account as long as they don't continue using their old one. It might also be helpful to note that you can reset the tutorial anytime by going to your Site Settings, scrolling to the bottom and clicking the "Reset Game Tutorial" button. And yes, you can change your email in your User Settings. Let me know if you can't find this option. Afterward I believe you'll be able to use your old email to make a new account.
