If you're not receiving the PC prize from Roodoku (which appears to be the case from your PC log), here are some common problems and how to resolve them:

- If you use an adblocker, it may be blocking the "submit score" button. You may want to temporarily disable your adblocker in the Arcade area if so.

- If your Roodoku puzzles are taking longer than 20 minutes to solve, there's a possibility that the page is timing out and therefore not registering that you played. To test it, try using a sudoku solver to solve one of the puzzles in under 10 minutes. Then submit your score and let us know if it's still not giving you the prize.
