My first pixpet was named after a cat of mine, but I’m going to name all my pixpets after Transformers and there is nothing anyone can do to stop me.

My Troffinch's name was inspired by a joke Neopets name that my brother and me made up while I was trying to think of a good name for a Disco colored Chia. I don't know if vaping is considered a reference to drugs or not though so I never used it in fear of my account being Frozen.


Igupunk's name I have only fuzzy details on but it was inspired by goofy words I use with my siblings to this day. Hungus Chungus and the Scrungy Bungus was our butchering of Norman Reedus and the Funky Fetus

For this guy, I named him how I name all of my Flight Rising dragons: Look up characters to the game series Suikoden and pick a name that sounds neat.


This one... I let my co-worker name him. I have no regrets. Chuck is life.

Named him after the White Seal from a Rudyard Kipling (author of the jungle book) story, but I mispelled his name. (it's kotick in the story not kotik). Ah well im not gonna spend 6 super pixcoins for a name change, and I'm fine with how it is anyways.

I don't know. I hatched her and knew I had to name her, so I just gave her the first thing that came to mind. I feel like it suits her somehow.

I named him after my male progen on Flight Rising. Since this guy was my first here on site, I figured it was fitting.

Named after my baby son ‘s Jellycat snake

I like names with fitting meanings, so I look through a ton of baby name sites to find them. Hmm, I wonder if google thinks I'm pregnant yet.

Kaara was actually supposed to be Kaala, since that is my go-to name for a lot of cat-like creatures (which doesn't actually make any sense since the original character I got that name from was a wolf) but I'm quite happy with it as one of its meanings is 'dearly loved'.

Sango was named after an old dragon figurine of mine with similar colors. It means 'Coral'. (And yes, the name originally came from Inuyasha.)


Shahar is my only one with a unique name, for now at least. The name means sunrise or morning and it does fit a Finngriff's colors.

my boy narcissus was named so because my username was also a greek mythological figure so i figured, hey, might as well keep the theme :'^)
