So let me get started. Some of you may be thinking first – what are these “secret” recipes?

You may have already accidently found one of these when you forgot to add anything to your cooking pot?

Or you forgot to add any ingredients when refining?

If you were here before 6th January, and had tried your hand at cooking, you could sometimes end up with a failure item if you messed up, or your cooking just wasn’t up to scratch. Those failure items seemed to go away when Komodo updated the cooking process on 6th January (Cooking Changes!), but did they? Komodo confirmed the same day that these failure items were still gainable through the “secret recipes”.


I would like note that all these items are obtained at no cost, you do not have to use any items from your inventory, and all items required are obtained throughout the process.

I would also like to remind everyone that these items do take up inventory space once obtained.

You can place them into your house as decorative items, but they will have no effect on your pixpets if placed, and you will also need inventory space to remove them from your home again.

They can however be deleted from your inventory like other items if you need to clear up some needed space when that space starts to become an issue.

I bought the flask of water and jar of air from other users, and I just recently started using the evobar baking process to make the sugar cubes I need after I read over this guide. Thanks for posting this!
