Oh man... I have been addicted to petsites ever since I joined Neopets... 17 years ago? Holy crap, that's a long time. I haven't logged into Neopets in years, though, because my accounts were compromised in that big password heist. Really sad to lose a relic of my childhood like that, honestly. Kinda depressed me for a bit when I found out.

In addition to Pixpet, I'm currently semi-actively playing Flight Rising. It has kept my interest the longest for sure. I don't breed or battle - I just collect old dragons and dress 'em up. Thankfully, I started playing FR toward the beginning and have been able to sustain myself off of all the stuff that as appreciated in value over time.

Aywas was probably what I played and enjoyed the longest. My favorite thing were Aywas' scavenger hunts, despite the drama. I had an excellent team that became my closest group of internet friends, and we still chat to this day even though we aren't playing anything together anymore.

I see the chat about Dappervolk - I'm kind of disappointed in it as well. I Kickstarted it and even sat around to sign up & get the lowest non-staff ID in the game! The main artist/owner and developer were well-known on Aywas, so I was looking forward with what was to come. But the main mechanics of the game really bored me in the end, and the pet collecting aspect (which is always my favorite part of a petsite) was just meh. I will probably try to play at launch, but I'm not excited about it anymore.

I've also played Subeta, Rescreatu, Novilar, Furvilla, Lioden, Pokefarm Q, and Chicken Smoothie.

I'm super excited for the eventual release of Mythaura and Evosaur. Feranix is another one I'm watching, but I'm not as compelled by it.

I also played quite a few games, since I bore easy. You name it, I may have played it. My current ones I'm invested in include furvilla, kingdom of knuffel, mweor, tales of ostlea, magistream, and Lioden. I look forward to wolvden cause I've yet to find a wolf sim I like, aside from one literally called wolf sim.

I think I was spoiled by the community on Flight Rising. (They're so nice there.) haha Like I said, I plan on giving Dappervolk another shot when it is released.

I joined Gryffs and I've been playing it for a little bit...it feels like a cross between Lioden and Flight Rising with a hint of Felisfire, if Felisfire got its mechanics right. It seems to be pretty low maintenance due to its small community...however, usually only 7 or so players are online at any given time, making the market board for additional Gryffs dead...it's very hard to obtain extra Gryffs besides the one you adopt at the start. Energy regenerates extremely slowly, not as much hunger...it's quite quick to deplete. You can come back from sleep and the energy bar won't even be half way...

The adoption center only allows one adopt per account, and any additionals require expensive adoption tokens...! This makes it overflow quite easily. There are over 400 Gryffs in there right now, waiting for a new user to hopefully pick them...who knows how long they've been in there.

Making money is easy. The Meadow is very useful, and you can even find items from it. The premium currency is unobtainable by any means except buying it for real money, as far as I know. Getting backgrounds for your Gryffs is hard! I feel like the game wants you to invest in your main one instead of buying lots, so choose your first extremely wisely!
