A referral system has been implemented into Pixpet!



When a new user joins, he can now optionally enter a referral username:



In return the new user will instantly receive PC +100 after successful registration. The referred user will receive PC +10 for Every Badge the newly registered user earns. Like this, the referral will be rewarded for bringing new active players to the community. The number of players you act as referral to is unlimited! A referral can only be entered/created while registering.

You will receive notifications each time one of the users which referred you earns a badge:



Also new: Earning a new Badge yourself now gives you a PC +10 reward too! Note: This is not the case for already earned badges.

also, for badges like the full pixdex, im assuming the reward will only be recieved one time, right? :p

This totally did not prompt me to update my FR userlookup and signature and hang around the forums a bit.

This is cool, but I wish we could get the rewards from already earned badges. It feels a bit unfair not to have access too that while newer members will.
