near works as a mailman while he isn't taking care of the house, accompanied by his faithful pixpal reese.

he's aggressive and blunt, but only because he cares. more often than not has a serious look about him, but that only makes the times he truly smiles all the more endearing. near is sometimes frustrated by affogato's whimsical, devil-may-care attitude, not that this stops them from being the best of pals.
