I put it in the discord, but putting it here too - an option to like turn off access to eggs. I get why everyone goes for the eggs, they give food, but eggs eventually hatch on their own and can't hoard. Hatched pets can't get happier on their own and their happiness affects hoards. Everyone seems to primarily go for an egg to the point that large, brightly colored, underlined, and bold, all at the same time text asking to favor the pixpets over the egg gets blatantly ignored.

If it were just normal text, I'd get that. But even after making the text as eye-catching as reasonably possible it's still ignored by the majority. Some people on the discord have agreed this is a problem, as well. I get why eggs are important - of course. But some users would prefer their actually useful pets get attention and not everyone swarming their currently useless-to-them egg, and since not everyone will feel that way, I think it would be fair to let people decide, ya know? We have the (very active, as well) Hatchery thread for egg-hunting.
