Suggestion for houses to not be limited.

I get the general idea behind it, however it's punishing users who will register later in time, as well as already registered users, of course.

Users will rarely, if ever, sell their good houses and if they will, it'll likely be for ridiculous prices once the houses are unavailable in the normal store as they'll be the only source for those houses.

So, I think the cons greatly outweigh the pros here.
