Hello Everyone!

I've teamed up with @Cherche who had a lot to say about the hoards and we worked out a new improved hoard system! I've been listening and here is the long awaited (second) hoard update. Thank you very much for your patience and continued support!

The hoard system has changed a lot now and will take effect on every returning pet:

  • Rarity

    Rarity is no longer tied to a pets level. A low level pet can find very rare things again if very lucky.


  • LVL/SLVL Progression

    The hoard results now depend on the LVL/SLVL of a pet much more. Higher LVL/SLVL pets will find much more items than low LVL pets. Also min. two hoard finds are now guaranteed!


  • Item Grade

    The grade of hoard finds is now affected by the pet's level, increasing as your pet's level increases.


  • Item Quantity

    The quantity of hoard finds depends on the SLVL, rarity and potion effects now. However item quantities have been drastically reduced!


  • SLVL Influence and Limit

    A high SLVL now increases the chances of finding more items. However, it is limited to the pets current LVL. A Pixpet with the LVL 20 will also have a max SLVL of 20. Only LVL 100 pets can also have an SLVL 100. Like this LVL 100 pets are worth much more again now.


  • Item Chances

    It is now possible to find multiple eggs and/or decor on a single hoard! The way the game chooses the item types a pet can find is now more based on RNG.


  • Hoarding Times

    Hoard times and Resting times have now been shortened at lower levels and increase overtime. But overall, times have been shortened allowing you to send your pets on more adventures!


  • Potion Changes

    The Pixpet Rarity Excluder now excludes down to rarity 33 again (for grade 100)! Potions will now give extra item find chances for the potion type. For example, a seed potion will give you 1-5 extra seed finds. Deco and Pixpet Potion will guarantee +1 Egg/Deco find.
