Everybody likes to eat, don't they?

I've recently discovered I have a gluten and lactose intolerance so I've had to re-think the foods I eat which means having to forego usual treats (no more Snickers or Bounty bars) but found some interesting replacements (Hello Betty Crocker's Salted Caramel Frosting!).

I'm always looking out for new foods to try out as I like variety despite dietary limitations. What's your favourite food or meal you've been having lately?
