A lot of you may already be familiar with the tradition of pumpkin carving as part of the Halloween celebrations? To enter this contest, instead of carving a pumpkin, you will need to decorate a pumpkin template using either an art program (if you have one that you are familiar with using), or if you wish you can colour them in the traditional way using colour pencils/pens and either scan, or take a photo of the picture to upload.

RULES:

• Entry thread is here: Entry Thread. Your entry needs to be posted in the entry thread to be included in the contest.
  Note: You can use the gallery to upload your finished image and then post it in the entry thread. Please remember to use the "Contest Artwork" category for your work



• Only one entry per person.



• Please do not edit your entry post once posted, I will be saving the entries onto a google form throughout the contest, edited posts will not be revisited.



• The theme is "Pixpets", please make sure your entry falls within that theme.



• Re-sizing of the template is allowed.



• Entries can be digital or traditional drawings.



• You are allowed to use Pixpet images in your entry, but remember to be imaginative, and always follow Pixpets rules when it comes to using images.



• NO plagiarism is accepted, this means that you cannot take another person’s artwork and claim it as your own, either in part, or as a whole in your entry.



• Closing date for entries is Halloween night, Thursday 30th October, at midnight (UTC / GMT)



Entry stage countdown


When the entry stage closes, Pixpet staff will be invited to vote for their favourite pictures on the google form where all valid entries have been saved. Staff can enter the contest, however they won’t be able to be part of the judges who vote for the winner if they do. Once the voting stage is over I will announce the winners here and give out the prizes.
