I think I made this suggestion before the separate pages for egg handling where added, so before the pixpet inventory was reworked, and while it has been easier since then, I still think at least the filters would be a huge improvement.

Of course folders like you sugested would be the ultimate tool for organizing our pets^^ But I have a hunch if something like that is added it will be a third storage box (or a storage box rework)
