Hey again @Wind! What the wiki means is that it takes 350 hours (2 weeks!) to reach harvestable stage from the moment it was planted. Whereas the time between each growth stage is 70 hours (about 3 days). Do you remember the date that you planted it? Tricolor is one of the slowest growing plants in the game, so it may not be a bug unless you know it's been over 2 weeks since you planted it.
