About Giveaways

    Giveaways are little Events in which you give out an item to a random user for free. They usually have to do a minor thing to enter it (like, pick a number between X and Y).
    You can organize them here! Simply post what you are giving away, the conditions for entering a giveaway and how to win that giveaway.




Giveaway Guidelines

    1. Own the Actual Prize

      Before setting up a giveaway in here, make sure you actually own and have the item in your inventory! In addition, your prize needs to be tradable. Therefore, eggs cannot be given out as giveaway prizes!


    2. Actually Hand out Your Prize

      I shouldn't mention this, but if you have a winner, you should actually give said winner their prize (via personal trading).


    3. Make sure everything is correct!

      The moderation team won't take any responsibility if something went wrong with your giveaway. Therefore make sure you set up everything correctly and that you give out the correct prize to the correct user!


    4. Only One Topic per User

      To prevent spam, we only allow one giveaway topic per user. If you want to make a completely new giveaway, simply edit the topic title and the first post of your topic and preferably reply with the text you put in the first post on your giveaway to let people know!


    5. Correct Use of Categories

      You can mark your giveaway upon creating and editing with Giveaway Open and Giveaway Closed. Make sure to use the correct category to let other users know that you are currently giving away (or not giving away) something!
