As more and more items are added to the game, and bigger and bigger houses are added, we all want to put more things in our houses, but this creates a big problem: moving houses requires all the items placed into our inventory, leading to some of us being effectively "trapped" in a house due to not having the space to hold the items from the house, without discarding or selling many things.

I thought to myself "Oh, I'll just expand my inventory" and well, I made it to 290 slots and now to increase to 300 it costs 6400 PC, then 12800 just to 310! I'm not even living in a Villa, my mansion currently has 297 items in it, and I already would have to pay a major fee just to move my items to my inventory, which would also require me to sell every single seed, potion ingredient, evobar ingredient, etc currently taking up space in my inventory. I even bought 4 storage boxes back when I was able to afford Patreon support.

Doubling the cost of adding 10 slots to inventory each time you upgrade is not sustainable for a game where new items are intended to be added to the game on a monthly basis. There either needs to be a price cap on expansions, or the price scaling should be an incremental increase(100 PC for 210, 200 PC for 220, 300 PC for 230, for example) or better yet both

Inventory space expansions could be a really good way to sink PC from the game, especially with things like Roodoku bringing more ways to generate PC, the only problem is the current price scaling is such that any player will reach a point where they will refuse to spend any more, whereas if it was capped, or only increasing a bit each time, it would feel much more reasonable to do.

I would say just add a set amount, or scale it fairly, not exponentially. I'm already low on PC as is and this will only make things worse.

Just adding that I've done the math, and to get to 290 slots I've spent 6300 PC, which is still less than the cost to go from 290 to 300! Please let us continue to expand our inventories, I would spend so much PC just...not 6k per 10 slots X

I really like this idea! I am at 290 myself and I am very hesitant to go for the next upgrade even when I don't feel the need to have very much pc. I also think another way this can be done is to have the ability to have a house inventory that can be moved immediately to the next house for a fee - kind of like a mover taking everything from your house and placing them inside it. Or, at the very least, cause it to do just like auctions do where the inventory gets filled at once with your furniture and you can readjust them. This is of course a more...time consuming idea and wouldn't allow for any items to be gained from hoards/interactions but it seems like a better solution imo for the unwillingness to move.

I still cannot change my inventory situation to accommodate for moving houses, and I've tried. I really would like the option to move without throwing out 100 useful/rare/pretty items, whether potionmaking/evobar baking/deco items.

Honestly I'd even be open to the idea of things like seeds and special ingredients not taking up inventory slots, and only deco items taking up slots? Or the other way around? Really at this point I'm just desperate for something to change because I'm trapped in the mansion unless I throw away good things (I don't even have more than 1 stack of anything!)
