I'm a fairly new player, but I am familiar with various web-versions of Sudoku. When I went to play Roodoku, I found it difficult, because it lacked many of the features I was used to in online Sudoku. With that in mind, I'd like to suggest the following improvements.

1) Ability to add "Notes."

Many times in Roodoku, I've narrowed down the possibilities in each square to two or three numbers/eggs, but I have to memorize which of several numbers/eggs can go in each square and which can't. In other versions of Sudoku I've played, there was an ability to add the numbers you know are available in a smaller font. so you can remember them (see picture below).



I'm not sure how this would be added for Egg Mode, but it would be helpful in Numbers Mode.

2. Highlight which item is selected.

Maybe this is because I'm new, but I find it difficult to match the greyed-out versions of the eggs to the colored versions in the puzzle, so have to constantly scroll through. If they were all left colored, but had a different colored background when selected, that would help.

3. Deactivate items when all nine are in the puzzle.

Related to the above. If somehow when you insert all Feliphene eggs/3s, for example, the Feliphene egg/3 at the bottom becomes no longer selectable, that would make it easier to figure out which you still have to add when you get to the end of the puzzle.

Not sure if these suggestions would make it too easy to earn PC, but with only 3 tokens a day I don't think so, and it would make it easier for me. Let me know what you think!
