Hi! I think I can do that for 450PC! Though can I take a look at the picture of the little black bird you wish to use? Wanna be sure I can animate it ^^

If you mean pixel art, I'm not able to do that. However, I can use Zenyatta's current picture and make it seem like it's breathing? :D Let me know if you're ok with that, and I'll quote you ^^

yes, i dident know if you would except my commission so I'm now compelling my color pallets/picture/fonts ext.. i also have to draw the new things aswell, I'm typing up an in-depth brief with the other jazz. ik its a smige complicated but I'm hype and want it just right know? uwu
