Unfortunately at the moment there's no way to sort by recipes that you have the ingredients for, but that would certainly make cooking easier, especially for new players. I know this isn't what you mean, but the closest thing I can suggest is to open the recipe list, click "select" on the recipe you want, and your inventory will only show the ingredients that you have for that recipe.

I wish I had a better answer for you, but that's the long and short of it I'm afraid... xP
