Description of the Bug:
Kiara mentions enjoying puzzle boxes and magazines, but will not take either of these items from you. As a result you're stuck with these items, as they can't be deleted. Also on the subject of key items, the Satchel of Supplies from the Haven Refuge plot seems to have no use, and can't be deleted either.

Steps to reproduce:
Talk to Kiara until reaching block 308, then attempt to give her either the Magazine or Puzzle Box. Also important to note: I attempted this several days after telling her a joke.

What should have happened?
I assume she should've accepted the Magazine and/or Puzzle Box.

What did happen?
I get the message, "You can not give this item to someone at this time."

Where/When did it happen?
At the Entrance Gate at night.

For some reason I am also having the problem where I should be able to give her the puzzle box or the magazine

I have checked to see if Kiara works, but she doesn't for me. I reach block 308 and attempt to give her the magazine, but I get the message saying I can't do that.

I have tried two times to give her the magazine, but the only option was indeed to go back. Now I just checked again and I had the option to talk to her overnight and get another kyanite crystal, but trying to give her the magazine did not work in any of the story block paths from 308 further.

Ok looks like this quest needs an overhaul.

I just tried this quest myself as I was having the issue of her not accepting either the magazine or the puzzle box (I have both) and she still does not accept either one.
I am on block 308 and everything and I have tried multiple times and it still doesn't work for me.

I did happen to get the prompt beforehand to tell her a joke (in which I did so), so I'm not sure if that's the reason why it's not working for me?
