Hey there @Pikku-Peruna, welcome to the site!

Are you possibly stuck at the area that has a "There is nothing here" button? If so, you can click/tap that button and then click "Return" to take you back to Haven Refuge. And if you want to go back to Pixpet City from Haven Refuge, you can click Tundra Plains Portal > Step through the Portal > Portal Hall > Pixpet City Main Plaza.

If that's not where you're stuck, then we'll need the block ID to figure out what's up. The block ID can be found here:

I randomly managed to leave Haven (still not back at the portals) but I'm getting somewhere!

Oh! Well, let us know if you hit another snag. It sounds like you might be in the middle of the main storyline, and I don't remember if you can leave Haven Refuge before you've completed it. I would think you could, but I haven't played it in a while, so not sure :s
