I'm currently making a google sheet that lists move scrolls in adventure mode, mostly for knowledge on move learnsets, but I wanted to make sure of what additional effects moves have.

When a move description says that the moves "drains" the opponent does that mean that the user also recovers health, or is that effect only there when the description says "steals"? (Sorry if my wording is weird, I'm asking this when I haven't slept yet ^ ^;)
