First I'm curious which method you used to place the pixinyte in your house. Did you place it via the pixpal inventory, or with the House Decorator feature? I ask because the screenshot shows that it's not in your inventory, which is unusual. Placed items should still show up in the inventory.

Second, pixinytes are actually hatched a different way, by pairing them to a pixpet. I can understand why you placed it in the house though, because that's the logical thing to do and there's no official instructions that explain otherwise (yet). If you find another pixinyte, check your pixpal inventory again and let us know if you still can't access it.

Please try to access the page again, we've made code to retrieve error logs of players who encounter it so that we can figure out what went wrong since we can't really figure it out at the moment.
