-When buying a commission please credit me when you re-upload the image by linking back to my profile or shop, or use my Toyhou.se name PlushKlavier when uploading to Toyhou.se
-Do not send me multiple messages in a week asking for progress, one or two a week is fine, but I will be contacting you myself when there is notable progress!
-You can reserve a commission slot for a friend or yourself up to 24 hours
-I accept mixed payment of Pixcoins and Pixpet Tickets
-Pay up front when you're buying a commission, I will not do partial payments!
-Refunds on commissions will be given when the customer cancels their order before finishing or circumstances prevent me from finishing the commission
-Customer canceled commissions may be re-used by me unless the commission was of a specific character owned by the customer
-When applicable, artist canceled commissions will be given to the customer along with a refund and have permission to finish it themselves or let someone else finish it as long as they give partial credit to me
-Be nice to each other in the thread!
