Since it says Patreon can take 4 days to process a pledge, I didn't worry about not receiving my Pixpet rewards at first. But it's the 5th day now, so I decided to check my Patreon. It says a payment went through on the 1st, I just haven't got anything here on Pixpet. Any clue why I haven't received my rewards yet? I'm a bit concerned now. |

They gave the estimate of Wednesday for "sorting everything out". I'm in the same boat as you, vs some members not even being charged until just recently. It's quite a mess. Considering it takes about 4 days, if people don't have rewards 'till 10th, the staff mentioned that they'll hand out rewards manually. Unless they say otherwise and start doing so prior to 10th. |
