i love this idea! i'd love to use other houses to place my 'non active' pixpets in and to decorate without worrying about slvl boosts!!

i think that overall house avilability would have to be boosted a lot however, because the resell market would drop if people held onto houses. i'm honestly not a fan of the 'house market' anyways tho, so i'd be all for being able to buy more houses, but having most of the houses be 'unlimited' rather than limited when buying!
