Pay-to-win is definitely not what I'm suggesting, but balancing out this system of limited currency with some other way to make it for ourselves would be useful, such as trading other currencies or playing games that are opportunistic rather than limiting or barely lucrative, etc. (also there's no 'winning' in these games either so I don't understand that idea, there's only growing and customizing, which should be geared to users' means and preferred pacing).

Otherwise, the game becomes stagnant so quickly it starts to feel like you'd have to wait a long time for anything to happen -- and then you end up just logging in, checking to see if you can make any money through an odd lottery system (which doesn't usually happen) and then log out. Even gathering through hoards with an added potion for wealth doesn't provide enough coin to buy its own potion ingredients on auction, that's hella flawed.
