Thank you for the idea! I think this would be a great for people who are not confident in their decorating skills or don't have the patience but still want pretty houses. Also great for exchanging ideas^^

As for item dumps... yes, that's the only problem I see too :/ however they still have to buy the house.. maybe they would also have to buy the 'land' for the house?
I think then we would have to think about wether or not we want the system to encourage buying/decorating smaller houses or not. If I could decorate 5 smaller houses for the price of one villa I would do it. But if every plot of land would cost the same I think I would just decorate a bunch of villas..
I think I would like a system where we are encouraged to decorate smaller houses better since it would yield many different ideas and newer players would not feel as left out. In fact it would be good for them since more people would buy their old/small houses on the house market xD


I'm glad to see that at least a few people are interested in this idea^^ I think I will rework this topic a little to add in all the new ideas, give it a nicer look and promote it a little more.
