This has happened to me, and clearing my cookies fixed it.

You don't have to delete all of your cookies though; there's a way to delete cookies for a specific website, like so:

1. In Chrome, click the three vertical dots in the top right corner.
2. Click Settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom and click Advanced.
4. Under Privacy and Security, click Site Settings.
5. Click "View permissions and data stored across sites"
6. Now you should see a list of sites, and each one has three vertical dots to the right. You can use the search bar to search for pixpet.net. Then click the three vertical dots next to it.
7. Click Clear Data.

And you're done! Well, you may need to close Chrome and reopen it first.
