In the Pixdex, on Duskubb's card, there's a broken image instead of the Egg Sprite.



So, I don't think it's really a bug, since it seems that the image just doesn't exists or was forgotten when the pet's dex entry was added. There's no alt text when you hover over it, just a broken image icon.
