Just looked it up, very interesting plant! I don't think they should add one for every evolution, hopefully that stops, it'll make the game less fun personally. Some aspects shouldn't need more variety. However, adding an extra plant so there are 16 plant species, 16 pumpkin types, and 16 colors would be a really nice thing that I can rest easy on . Not only that, it would be a pretty interesting thing to do!

Monstera deliciosa doesn't roll of the tongue as easy, and it has some other names that fit well:

-Ceriman Plant
-Monster Plant
-(Swiss) Cheese Plant

If its named monster plant - it would be a perfect time for a monstrous pixpet like a paingolin pangolin like others mentioned. I think a komodo dragon would be nice - but I don't think komodo is comfortable doing that.
