If you had asked me about a month ago, I'd have said a tie between Eevee and Absol (Eevee because the future is yet to be decided and absol because adorable floof of destruction). Now, however? Cubone. I forgot how tragic their little story is, and every time I see one it just pulls at the heartstrings. Marowak comes at a close second because they're either a mama that'll pass that skull to a kiddo, or a dad who ends up who-knows-where because pokedex entries don't cover them (fun fact of the day is that Marowak is actually a part of my Pokemon Go trainer name ).
