As someone who enjoys thinking up game concepts I couldn't help myself but to think of new mini games to add to the site. I only have one idea right now, but I'll probably add more here (or in their own thread, if that works better?) when I have them.

Being relatively new here I find it a little hard to scrape by, especially when it comes to PC. I am very impatient and goal-oriented, so if I'm aiming for a new house to be able to place more pets, I'd like to see progress in my savings. Unfortunately, with 6 interactions a day and very little to sell (and not really confident in my art skills enough to do commissions) that is very hard. So I would like to introduce: The Shell Game.

I think everyone has heard of it before, but just to be safe - the shell game is a relatively simple gamble game. Three identical containers (shells, cups, bottle caps, etc.) are set face-down on a table. One of these contains a small ball, which will be shown to the player before the game master shuffles these containers around. The player must guess which one has the ball, and if they guess correctly, they win a (small) prize.

The player starts out with a very slow shuffler, making the first guess relatively easy. The prize you get is also very low, let’s say 5 PC. Once you guess correctly, you get the question if you want to cash in your goods or if you want to try again – this time for a prize double the amount you got.

If you cash in, you get 5 PC and have to start over (unless you’re out of tickets). If you choose to continue your chain, the shuffling will be faster. This will go on until you guess wrong and lose everything (it is a gambling game, after all) or until you decide to cash in your prize.

Of course the value of each win is up to the mods, starting with 5 PC and doubling each round is just a suggestion. As for the ball, I'd say it's a small coin that says PC, but that's up to the artist.

Your idea sounds super fun too, I can't count how many stressful minutes of no internet I've ignored because of that tiny dinosaur. And it would be mobile user friendly too, if you can also just tap the creature!

That's the fun in games, you can play until your hearts content! The current minigame also plays with receiving nothing if you don't wish to cash in, and you can keep playing until you send in your score up to 3 times. The same goes for the shell game: you can keep guessing until you decide your chain is long enough!

I think I need to word this more clearly. If you choose to continue your chain, and you lose, you will not be burning your tickets. Like with Sunobra Chase, you will use up a game ticket once you decide to claim your reward. So if you have a chain of 3, and end up with 20PC and satisfied, you will only lose a game ticket if you claim that 20PC.

Maybe I shouldn't have called it gambling because this version is more fair than the real version of the shell game. The player still gets to decide everything!
