@Ricohard if there's a planned housing restock, it won't be revealed to users until komodo chooses. since the more desired houses restocked (the mansions even got an extra restock after the main one) only a few weeks ago, it will probably be a long time until another restock. komodo seems to have a very good understanding of game economies and adjusts available housing accordingly with the growth of the userbase. i've been on this site for... seven months? and have seen two partial restocks.
