Komodo periodically restocks the houses, but he doesn't tell us when he's doing it, unfortunately. So, to answer your question, yes, you'll just have to keep an eye on the used housing market. I believe our housing system is meant to mimic a real housing market, so sometimes it's a waiting game. xP

No problem! Also I should clarify that Komodo does make an announcement when the houses have been restocked, but we don't know when he's about to make the announcement, which is what I meant. I hope that wasn't unclear!
