If what you're saying is that you want to be able to place pets in storage rooms, then I support. The max number of pets per house wouldn't need to be changed for this; like you said it would be like placing plant pots, there's a limit but you can still place them anywhere.

The limitations have always confused me. I support.

I feel like a compromise should be made in that you can't have more than a max number (say, 3 or 4) in a given room to prevent SLVL exploiting, but let us put pets in any room of our houses as long as we're only using the same number of total slots!

It drives me crazy that I have 3 rooms in the mansion that I'm not allowed to put pets in due to arbitrary limits.

Agreed! Kinda sad decorating a nice room and just sitting there like *tumbleweed rolls by* boy it sure would be nice if anyone was allowed in this room.

Honestly, I'm throwing in my big support for this. I never really understood the point in adding so many basements that calculate SLVL, but forbids pets to be placed in these rooms.

I would love to be able to place anywhere. It would be nice if the system calculated max per house, per room, all rooms usable.
