Okay, what dumb furry game did Benny get today.

This is a game that was released recently for the PS4. It might be available for other consoles, but this is the one I got it for. As the title says, it's a Dungeon Crawler game but with anthropomorphic animals.

Admittedly, it's kind of hard to truly recommend this game, since it's $20, and doesn't have a huge amount of content, especially if you are a single player, but I don't know, the game is still pretty fun. It doesn't try many things new, but it has bright colorful graphics and decent gameplay. You basically scale a 30 level Tower with several different rooms shuffled in complete random. Most rooms have you fighting enemies, but there will be some rooms that challenge you to get through an obstacle course, which helps keep things a little interesting. Actually, every room has their own puzzles and gimmicks, which I actually appreciate.

After clearing each room, you obtain something. Sometimes you get a new weapon, sometimes you get a spell, sometimes you get new armor, basic stuff. A lot of weapons have secondary attacks you can pull off, which I think is kind of cool. Sometimes, a room will allow you the option to partake in a harder challenge, but will reward you with a bonus treasure room. Eventually, you will have to fight one of four bosses, and like the rooms, you fight these bosses in a random order.

I only started playing it yesterday, but there are 10 characters, including a badger for you fellow Wisconsinites, a couple of cute bunny and squirrel girls, a cool bird, a frog monk and a chubby Beaver whos name literally means fat in Spanish. You can also unlock a gecko, a hedgehog and two other characters that I haven't unlocked yet.

Once again, there isn't that much content in the game for single players besides the tower mode and challenges they can complete to unlock things, but this feels like a game I want to support anyway just because there aren't a lot of good furry games. I'm hoping if this game does do well enough, it will get more content. At this point, however, I'm not too sure it will get that support. I feel like this game might not do that well I due to its low content, but I don't regret buying it myself. I just like buying games with anthropomorphic animals because I have more fun playing as them than generic humans, and I want to show that there is an interest in that kind of stuff.
