First of all, I'm sorry if this was already brought up. I tried searching before making this topic but couldn't find anything similar since the last inventory update.

The way the game currently handles full inventory is fine for the most part, EXCEPT for one thing:


"The trade offer [...] has been declined. Unfortunately your inventory was full and your item got lost."

I have no idea why the game doesn't just return the item to a full inventory like it does with auctions, but either way I would like this issue to be addressed. Losing 2 Evobars in a declined trade is not pleasant, and I'm sure this issue can lead to more disappointing moments.

Please either make a separate temporary storage for such cases or find a better solution. As an example the 'decline trade' button can become temporarily unavailable, or at least give the recipient a warning that the other user's inventory is full at the moment. It would be best if this could be handled just like auction items in such cases, but I'm sure there's a reason it can't.

Support. I could be wrong, but maybe this is something that was missed when auctions were updated to stop this same action. Personally I wasn't keen on that fix because allowing an item to be added to a full inventory defeats the purpose of inventory limitations. However, I agree that items shouldn't just be deleted. I remember suggesting a warning + time limit to claim items that are in limbo, and I still stand by that. Just a little "Sorry, your inventory is too full for these items, but you have 48 hours to claim them" or something. I like your other ideas too.

Should definitely be handled like auctions in my opinion. Having a full inventory makes this game unplayable so there really is no reason why items should be destroyed instead of letting a player temporarily go over the inventory limit. Just leads to unneccesarry anger for the player.^^
