Hey again @TangledPsycho17! That's not a dumb question. If you look at the very top of the site (above the site banner), you'll see some options. One of them says "User Settings" and that's the one you want. You'll be taken to a page where you can upload a profile pic, as well as change other account settings like time zone and password.
