Hey again @TangledPsycho17, is it only Roodoku that this is happening with? If so, could you take a look at your pixcoin log for me? You can do this by clicking the PC button under your avatar on the right ().

You may have received the PC anyway, but the game simply didn't tell you at the end. If this is the case, your pixcoin log will show that you've received PC from the game for the number of times you've played (up to 3 times). Roodoku is known to have this display bug occasionally.

If you're experiencing this with the other two games which award food pellets only, those games are slightly different since you have to manually click "send score" to use one of your tokens to receive the reward. If you're playing the game but not sending your score at the end, that may be why you haven't received the reward.

Hmm, this sounds like the session timeout bug that Komodo has tried to fix before. In other words, if you're on a page for too long without doing anything, the site stops paying attention to your input (so-to-speak) until you refresh the page. This is bad news for Roodoku since the game sometimes throws difficult puzzles at you that take 10+ minutes to solve, so the site registers that you're "doing nothing" for all that time, and then your win doesn't count.

Normally I wouldn't suggest using a Sudoku solver, but if this happens to you again, my advice is to go ahead and use a solver on the next puzzle to rectify it. I mean, the game cheated you first, so it's only fair... xD

I've never heard of this bug happening with Pydeer Deliverer, so that's odd. If it happens again, would you mind making a bug report for us?

I'm sorry that all this is happening to you! ^^; Normally I'd ping Komodo, but he's busy with urgent life stuff recently, so I don't think he has time to look into this at the moment.
