Hello! I stumbled across PixPets about two weeks ago and have been figuring out the site a bit. In doing so I have found myself with. Questions. Lol. Most of these are more general but I do have one question asking for specific advice LOL

Is there a way to tell how long a plant takes to grow or bear fruit? I can see the watering time, but not any other. I also know we can see egg hatch time in the Pixdex once we've hatched that species once--is there something like that for plants?

What does a Pixpal’s color do? I know a Pixpal’s affects hoard results; does a pixpal attached to a pixpet do the same? Like, if I had a Magenta Frigflap attached to my Blue Canisqua, would the Canisqua bring back both blue and magenta items?

Where can I see the color of an item? It’s kinda obvious with something like a pumpkin; but what about things like seeds or fertilizers? Do I just look at the item and guess?

Is there a way to sort searches from lowest to highest? I just mean that when I'm searching for, say, plant pots on the usershop search, I'd like to see the cheapest option first, but the first option is always the most expensive and sorts down. I end up going to the last page to find the cheapest option. Is there a way to change this?

And finally, this is just me asking for advice. Two pieces of advice, actually.

What plants are best to grow? I still have one space for planting in my house, and I would like to use it! haha.

Should I destroy my evolution plant? I have a grade 46 evolution plant, at the moment, and I think I got the seeds either just as a basic starter kit thing, or on one of my first hoards. I have some grade 100 seeds now, and just wasn't sure if I should destroy the plant and grow a Grade 100 plant, or leave this one as is. I'm not entirely sure how important grades are when it comes to things like fruits and such.

As a final note, thank you for your help! I've been having a lot of fun on this site so far :3 Pixpets is a great combination of petsite and text-adventure, and it lacks many of the flaws that usually steer me away from playing a petsite for any extended period of time. And lemme tell you, at this point, I have tried... way too many petsites. Haha. Thanks again and have a nice day!!

Ah okay! I didn't notice that the color changed the pixpals visually, honestly even without a practical use that makes them appealing to collect.

Yep, that makes sense, haha! I was looking at items that did not have a color. I haven't had much experience with the crafting/cooking side of things yet, and looking at ingredients like this Green mushroom I was expecting a color haha. Makes sense mechanically tho! I'll have to start digging into cooking haha.

Thanks for the advice! I started growing some Luputus Tubers already. I've got an Evolvus Seed(Grade 41), so I'll probably plant it tonight after all my pixpets have returned from their hoards, just in case one of them brings back another Evolvus Seed that I can use to raise the grade on this one~ Definitely considering replanting my Evolution Seed, but I think I'll leave it for now and just see if I can't get a good stock of Evolution Fruit first.
