Let me see if I can help a bit...

• While there's no plant dex (that would be cool though), you can find out how long a plant will take to grow by going to the Wiki and searching for the exact seed name. For example, if I wanted to know how long a Voxel plant takes to grow, I'd search the wiki for "Voxel Fruit Seed" (without quotes). Each seed article shows a small diagram of growth stages and times.



• At the moment, a pixpal's color only determines its appearance -- in contrast with pixpets, whose colors determine what items they'll find. Pixpals are mostly just accessories for now, although you can get pixcoins by interacting with other players' pixpals. However I do really like the idea of a pixpal's color influencing hoard finds, even if it's just a very small chance.



• You can check the color of an item in your item inventory; it'll be to the right of the item. However, you've probably noticed that not all items have a color -- I mean, visually they do, but in terms of the game's color mechanic, some don't. This can mean a few things: 1) any pet can find the item on hoards, 2) it's a potion/evobar ingredient that won't affect the color of your potion, or 3) it's an Adventure item. Examples of items that you can expect to be colorless are plant products and seeds (non-pumpkin plants), attack scrolls, Adventure potions, evolution items, fertilizer bags, neutral plant pots (from neutral capules), evobars, Super Potions, and anything labeled as an "ingredient" in your inventory. Many of these things have different functions, so please let me know if you have questions about any of them!



• You know, somehow I never noticed that the price filter only sorts by highest to lowest. That seems like it could be a misconfiguration. 😅 Maybe @Cherche can have the coder look into that. In the meantime, sorry about the inconvenience!



• As for which plants to grow, it looks like your starter pet will be level 50 soon and become eligible for evolution. I noticed you said you're growing evolution fruit, which is good. If you're not already, I'd recommend growing Evolvulus flowers for the Potion of Evolution and Luputus Tubers for the Wolfdog Evobar. As for the grade of your plants, those will affect the grades of cooking results (potions/evobars). While technically there's a minimum grade required for an evobar to work (about grade 30 in most cases), it's almost impossible to accidentally get a grade lower than 30 as a cooking result, so I wouldn't even worry about that -- at least for evobars. So your grade 46 evolution plant is fine. However, I will say it's nice to have grade 100, so that's up to you if you want to replant. For potions though (specifically potions used for hoards), the grade determines the effectiveness of the potion, so you want to aim for grade 100 ingredients, so your potions never fail.
